Welcome to Unforgotten Jewellery. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided through our Shopify store. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. About Us

Unforgotten Jewellery offers unique, personalised and engraved jewellery pieces, made with care and attention to detail. All purchases are processed via our Shopify website.


2. Products & Custom Orders

  • We specialise in personalised jewellery, including custom engraving.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to their handmade nature.

  • Custom and engraved items are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.


3. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of order via Shopify’s secure checkout system.

  • Please ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, engravings, etc.) are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer errors.


4. Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary based on location.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Once dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other third parties.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties incurred.


5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You must contact us at sales@unforgottenjewellery.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalised or engraved items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us at sales@unforgottenjewellery.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website – including images, text, designs, and logos – is the property of Unforgotten Jewellery and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.


8. Privacy

We collect necessary personal data (such as your name, address, and email) to process your order. Your information is handled securely and will never be sold or shared without consent.
