Due to hygiene reasons and the personalised nature of our jewellery — including engraved and custom-made pieces — we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is crafted specifically for you, and as such, all sales are final. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please include your full name and order number in the email.
We operate a strict 14 day return policy and return orders must be back with us by the 14th day of delivery. Please note: This policy applies to UK deliveries only. For international orders, we offer a 28-day return period.
Please note that Unforgotten Jewellery will not pay return costs or charges. Please ensure a tracked delivery service is used, as we will be unable to refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels.
Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
We will only accept returns for products that have not been worn or damaged, are still in their original packaging, and do not have any signs of wear/scratches.
FAULTY ITEMS- If you receive an item that is faulty please contact us our customer service team Sales@unforgottenjewellery.com within 24 hours of receiving the item with our name and order number and a photo of the fault.
